Remedy Leadership Institute (RLI) is 2-year, post-secondary hands-on ministry and leadership development school that will transform and build your life. Our ministry partnership with Southeastern University will enable you to receive a great education and earn your degree at a fraction of the cost. In addition, our Leadership Streams and Leadership Tour will provide direct application of the skills and knowledge that you will acquire and offer you the opportunity to grow in your God given gifts. We believe that today’s high school graduate should not rush into something they are unsure of and risk valuable time, energy, and resources. That’s why that during these pivotal years, a place like RLI can strengthen the foundation of your faith, build your character, and know just not what you believe, but why you believe it. Our goal is that you will discover your God given destiny and lead the way in being the remedy for our broken world.
I had a call to missions and RLI gave me the training and experience to help me develop my calling. The leaders have personally invested in my discipleship and have challenged me to grow and go beyond what I thought I could do. ~Mckenzie Murdock
RLI has impacted me by allowing me to express my creative arts abilities in ministry. RLI has put me in a position to hear my purpose from God and grow as a leader. ~Noah Willet
RLI has given me a hands-on approach to ministry education. I'm not just learning about ministry, but also being given the opportunity to then apply that knowledge by being placed in real-life ministry situations. ~Bryar Bullock
At RLI, we believe that a leader’s core values will guide them in life and in leadership. That’s why we adopted into One18 Movements’ Leadership code. The code will be instilled in everything we do and will help students become the strong trustworthy leaders God is calling them to be.
THERE’S NO WORK LIKE HARD WORK - Philippians 2:14. The best leaders have instilled the ability to “make it happen."
ABOVE & BEYOND - 1 Corinthians 8:7. God gave his very best and so should we. We don’t compromise and settle for mediocrity.
ATTITUDE = CHOICE - Philippians 2:5. Your attitude is a reflection of what’s going on in your heart.
YOU EARN IT - 1 Peter 2:17. Respect is earned. If you want to be respected, you must first show respect.
WE > ME - Psalm 133:1. There is no “I” in team. We will live, laugh, and learn together.
EVERY MINUTE EVERY DAY - Ephesians 6:7. The truth is that serving helps us know who God created us to be..
RLI students will gain a scholastic education that will equip and prepare them to be the great leader God is calling them to be . We offer our academics through a Ministry Partnership with Southeastern University and through Hillsong’s Ministry School at Freedom Life. Southeastern University courses are online and ministry school classed meet once a week for live lectures. We will provide a positive atmosphere where students can learn and have discussions. Below are the educational details.
As a student of RLI, you will be enrolled in the FL Ministry School at Freedom Life Church. It’s a new updated approach to growing in God’s Word and leadership. For Year 1, we have partnered with Hillsong to feature Hillsong Ministry Classes. These classes include: Theology, Lifestyle, Bible, and Leadership and they consist of lectures, discussions, and assignments. For Year 2, we offer Freedom Life Classes that include: Christian History, Apologetics, Leadership Development, and Spiritual Coaching/Mentoring.
